Sorry to say the Aquans didn't fare that well this time. I lost two wings of interceptors, both frigates and a cruiser before I shunted out with my carrier. He on the other hand only lost a handful of fighters and bombers. Damn.

Yeah what's up with this game? Is it pretty cool or... I have only played one other space based game, Battlefleet gothic, how is this in comparison?

Well, I can't really say, as I've never played Battlefleet Gothic. However we both really enjoy the game. We used to play Battletech and that was really complicated. This game is simpler, without being lowest common denominator simple. There's still dice rolls, still a few tables, and still plenty of rules, but it's lots of fun.
