Concept art of Phoenix, the third child of Kuriza and Chilla, and therefore a granddaughter of Freeza. She was hatched prematurely, therefore she is more frail, and is prone to getting sick more easily then others of her species. As such, she focuses on an element very few of her race bothers with, telepathy and telekinesis, although her abilities are still lacking.
