Enough drawing people I or anyone know, let's get back to public domain characters forgotten the month after they were published. From Ha Ha Comics #29, cover date May 1946, here's the title character from 'The Magic Ogre', as seen in the title panel on https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=71364 page 13 flying above the village he's bothering. I liked the character design here, fun shape. It's not what I would have thought of as an ogre but I'm happy seeing variations and original thoughts.

Original art by Jim Davis. I assume not that Jim Davis, as he would have been ten months old in May 1946 and the issue was probably on the stands by April at the latest.
