Yeah, it's still good 'ol Corel 11^^.
The only brush I use now-a-days is the tool called Pencils, and the setting Cover Pencil, opacity 100%, grain 0%.
I usually work on a 2kX2k pixel canvas and use a brush size of about 3-5 for the lineart^^. I use the same on the colouring but a larger size of course.
