This is a commission piece for 
They wanted a picture of their character Keys. Keys is what's known as a Luminari (name of his species), which as you can guess is a fishlike species. I really like the idea of this race and had lots of fun with him. If I remember correctly, Keys' is a thief so I wanted to do something with water and treasure lol. Still working on backgrounds but I feel I'm starting to get more comfortable with them. Hope you all like *^-^*

Oh man, this is a really good one .o.
I love how you angled and shaded the fins, and the patches of scales are a great touch. Also the texturing on the chest is awesome.

i'm glad you like the angling, it was simple but i wanted to do more movement. and i'm glad you like the fins, those are just fun to do XD. and i wasn't going to do the scales, but then it was a last minute thing.
