An impish young tibicena with a heart of fire, bred as for loyal service to the Guanche demon god Guayota. Escaped from his infernal den, Hydro, formerly known as Hyrugan, remains a skilled marksman, servant, and optimist. Once a servant of the lowest ranks of tibicena kin, he was later chosen as a hunter of livestock and cattle to feed the hungry mouths of the den. A failed hunt and chance encounter with a mortal blacksmith changed that: in the blacksmith, he had found a mentor who taught him about mortal life as if he were his own son.

Guayota would come to learn of this treasonous relationship and banished the tibicena from the den, never to return. Hydro would learn to live in the mortal realm, uncertain and lost for his purpose in life. Following his mentor's altruistic example, he wanted a way to help the city that had accepted him. He would find his mission in becoming a sin collector: a demon that would answer the summons of mortals who had been wronged and capture those who had committed a sin towards them. Years later, Hydro would travel across the realm, settling down and opening his services as a minion for hire: a summonable public servant for labor, sin collecting, entertainment & sex-work.


Ever the sensualist, Hydro is always looking for the next good time, whether it be mixing up drinks at his bar or picking up his crossbows again to capture some rowdy demon or mortal. He's got a genuine aura of energy about him, no doubt thanks to that glowing infernal flame at the tip of his tail. The divine flame empowers his demon powers, from his obedient drone state, to his self learned quarrelslinging fighting style. Like most tibicenas, he's hardwired mentally to serve and obey larger and stronger beings, easily seen in his loyal and service-minded nature. Don't let his tusks and fangs fool you; he's a happy-go-lucky puppy beneath all of that soft fur.

Abilities/Skills:


Divine Flame - The spectral flame at the end of Hydro's tail shrinks and grows with his current mood: glowing brightly at excitement/happiness, flickering when sad/stressed. It acts like a dead-giveaway, making lying quite difficult!

Ancient Marksman- A self-trained archer and boltslinger, Hydro combines his spectral flame with his proficiency in bows, crossbows, and guns. By charging the flame, he can enkindle his shots to increase their power.
