I can neither confirm nor deny whether that snake is in extreme danger, but I'd wager he's feeling intimidated OVO

Recent sketch I did for a monthly art challenge, the theme being "intimidation". Figured the snake stepper would be best placed intimidating a snake, go figure :v

Ended up pretty happy with the lighting choices I made, gave the picture some life with the selective coloration (still flats because shading is a feisty mistress I have no concept of) and overall just felt good coming out, didn't take terribly long to draft and line so it was a good exercise.
