My favorite part about the new rule is how Dragoneer himself has an over-sexualized Eevee sona WITH fanart of it in his gallery. Not only that, but the fact that they consider VORE AND PREGNANCY as acceptable as "non-kinks" but have constantly hammered down on diapers (both clean and used) shows the staff are a bunch of hypocrites.
While she is child level, I wouldn't exactly call her a child. You also have child level Digimon like Bokomon, a teacher in most incarnations, and Burgermon, who have families and children themselves. Evolution is its own thing in the Digital world (besides the literal baby Digimon, obviously)
