
Well, just like the title says. Been hitting the gym regularly again. Sorry the pic is all blurry, my arms were jell-o by this point. Will probably scrap this later.

I started when I weighed roughly 242'ish lbs. I'm now down to roughly 230's or so. Haven't lost a terrible amount of weight since I am also lifting and gaining muscle back. But simply changing your diet to something more healthy does help. I've more or less cut out soda's, heavy dishes, and meats.
