I have this weird lil' crush on Vislet. I like her design and she's a delight to watch. So, I wanted to draw her being overjoyed about...somezing. Don't know what. Could be faking it for diplomacy reasons. Could be giving Lippy a heart attack. Who's to say? I just like the look.
