Oh god I threw up a bunch once because I was being a beast at it LOL I was making a crapton of rings and having fun but then BAM I threw up like 5 times XD And I'm not sure, I go to a cafe and don't really get much insight on what actually goes INTO it. I just know there's no drugs, it's mostly smoke and flavoring, I guess?

Hm, it sounds like spice which is pretty much plant matter with flavoring (They call it 'herbal smoking' or popery/incense so they can sell it) and minute doses of chemicals that react similarly to THC which is the naturally occurring substance that gets you high in weed, and is the part thats illegal. Spice can go by k2. Thats it's chemical name and it stands for cannabis 2. So if that stuff makes you feel any kind of buzz/high then thats probably what it is (I think it would give you a hardcore headache if you were just smoking plant matter and no chemicals. It's be like smoking oregano or basil lol). If that sounds like the stuff you get I wouldn't smoke it anymore. Some of the common ingredients that aren't listed are asbestos, formaldehyde, and one more I can't remember at the moment. As someone who smokes weed on a regular basis that stuff kinda scares me because I don't know anything about it. I know everything about weed. How it works, whats in it, what it does, and it's 100% natural. They come out with new 'strains' of that spice every few weeks because when one chemical gets banned they alter it and start selling it again.

Dude, that's a big eye opener, actually! Thanks for that info! Only reason I do it is because I don't need ID to go, and it's right there, and gives me the chance to do it freely. Lucky me I haven't done it often! I've never smoked weed before :P Dunno if I'd be up to trying it or not, but honestly that shit sounds better than smoking formaldehyde LOL

Of course! <3 Yeah, it was nice when my guys wouldn't pick up the phone and I wanted to get high, but now I wouldn't touch that stuff with a ten foot pole! And if you like hookah/spice I'm positive you would like weed. I was really against it for a long time and then I tried it on impulse once and I freaking loved it. Once the buzz kicked in the first thing I said was, "I can't believe I thought this was a bad idea!". I think it's worth trying. It's 'illegal' but once you get into it you realize how many people actually smoke. People you'd never expect! It's a lot less harmless than people make it out to be. <3

yeah, I've always heard that. Being stuck in high school where every single person around you smokes it kind of jades the whole idea for me, unfortunately. Who knows what the future holds though. :P
