From my "research" Klonoa Empire of Dreams has the most potential for fitting in with Phantomile and Lunatea, but the Gameboy Advanced game falls pretty short of hitting the mark. Take for example these two characters that you can find in the concept art but only one even makes an APPEARANCE in the final product. Maruji is a royal guard and engineer, while Purea is a performer and "collector of smiles" I've been spending too much time brainstorming a remade version of the game that would make use these two in particular to much better effect!
