The first version I read is Set admiring Horus's buttocks and wanting to have sex with him. Horus tells this to Isis, who wants him to trick Set into giving a portion of his power. Set agrees to the deal, and Horus does catch Set's semen in hand. Horus then presents it to Isis, who lops it off and gives him a new one.
