I have yet to actually properly ride the little Gixxer. I bought it as a light fix-up as it had been buried in a garage for a few years and didn't run.
She now has freshly powdercoated wheels, a fresh set of tyres, carbs cleaned out, a couple of fresh bolts here and there, rebuilt rear brake caliper with new pistons and seals, a better condition fuel tank and a few other little odds and sods (like battery strap/band)... Only to more recently discover that she smokes like a train as soon as you give her any throttle... so some much more involved work to be done now I think :C
