was very determined to draw this lol

so how this happen? well I was watching rubberross's latest Minecraft video and then the part where he made an animation doing the Saiyan charge up with the quote "can I get a Hoy Yaa" but just dragon ball z screaming it lol, decided it would be perfect for raiu because I could see him doing that to confuse (and scaring) an enemy. also yes, his hair does stick up when doing this.
