They're adorable... and I suspect the parents are going to be ruing this fact as they grow up through the woolcoat version of the Terrible Twos.

Honestly, them having dark hair on their heads is less than I'd worried they would show of their parentage, but makes sense due to the curious chemistry of their conception.

there’s a few more inherited quirks that aren’t immediately apparent, but the magical processes that allow for a pregnancy will overwhelmingly favour the physiological features of the mother. this was an unintentional but beneficial quirk, as it tended to minimize birth risks. otherwise, in this extreme case, the infant might’ve been born a nonviable genetic mess of a hybrid.
