Here in the USA, we're about to start the Memorial Day weekend, which is the unofficial start of summer (among other things, of course; it was originally Graves Decoration Day for the dead of the Civil War).
Summer means fun in the sun, and Jack and Carl have a day or two off. The Rottweiler suggested the beach, and Carl agreed on the condition he go as Carla, Jack's 'girlfriend.' He dresses en femme sometimes, you see.
They're just clowning around as they head for the sand.
