Thanks <3 Yeah, I'm like that with Pathfinder :b although we picked up Pathfinder 2E to try, and we've played a number of other systems (4E, 5E, Vampire Masquerade, Vampire Requiem, Call of Cthulhu, pulp Call of Chulhu). There are a number of expansions already out, actually, including a 5E compatible version of the Creature Compendium:

Pulp Call of Cthulhu was really fun, but doesn't have the same terror of sheer vulnerability that standard CoC has. Characters are a bit more robust and action-hero-y, so it may depend on whether your group feels more like hamming it up, or more like courting death XD And yeah, I probably would have preferred trying Werewolf myself, but the group was playing Vampire so *shrugs* Ended up being a great campaign, though :)
