Most issues in blender when it comes to missing textures upon opening the file are due to it not understanding how to find them.
with the blender scene open you can go to; File > External Data(near the bottom of the dropdown menu) > Find missing files. (there is another option that can scan for missing files and tell you with a small pop-up near the bottom of the screen on what textures are missing if you still think you may be missing anything.)
It'll get you to open the file directory and if you can find and go into where you stored the files, within the textures folder, the Male Dragon folder has all the textures for eyes, horns, wings and the mouth. While Male Average and Female only have the body textures.
I hope this is helpful to you as i also had to do this for all textures within the blend file upon first loading up of the scene.

Hey petruz I got an idea for a future model pack if you're interested? How about a male and female werewolf pack? I just thought of it as I've been trying to find good werewolf models but there's not much out there from what I've seen and I've been wanting to do something with a female werewolf but there's no such models sadly. Anyway it's just an idea use it or no I'm just throwing it out there.
Yeah I know it's most likely not gong to happen just thought it was a nice idea as like I said I can't really find a good werewolf model that has everything I want (usually eye posing) meaning I can close the eyelids and move the eyeballs around and of course NO female werewolves to be found
