Tie him to a horizontal mast and you can reenact the tied-up-on-the-iceberg-ship scene from Ice Age: Continental Drift. :)
That'd be a neat idea - your characters reenacting memorable tie up/tease/tickle scenes in animation and movies. Ex: Jeremy Crow from Secret of Nimh, the Chipmunks Adventure Sacrifical Alter singing scene, dangling Miss Kitty from Fivel Goes West, the Furious Five chained up in KFP 2, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde suspended upside down in Zootopia, Mr Wolf and Dianne Foxxington suspended over rotating blades (rotating feathers for safety) in the Bad Guys, etc.
