Love the earth/nature affinity in magic
It feels the most natural and beautiful - it brings life and death at the same time but most importantly it respects nature and doesn't abuse it's powers beyond limits
Plus these mages definitely can be less fragile and weak physically since their armor can be strong as rock and their muscle soaked with a power of earth
