As usual I love everything about this piece. The skyscrapers look slightly futuristic but not overly so. which gives off the impression that this is a world where macros appeared in the near future,

I like how you included the cloud cover and as an angle to emphasize her size. Her breasts are a little big for my liking, but I like the rest of her.

She looks quite healthy and muscular without being overly so and I don't think I need to say anything about how much I like what she's actually doing with her underwear.
