Most of the time, whenever I used Paint.net, I often used it to create renditions of the character models from the 1980s era of the Transformers franchise (mainly G1 and Super-God Masterforce and Victory), except this time, we go with a different direction.
Here is an Paint.net rendition of that image of Toucan Sam (the mascot/spokesbird of Kellogg's Froot Loops) in his LATAM design, with him crossing his wing-arms while smiling at the viewers.
