I’ve been thinking about this one for quite a while now, and this one took longer than I expected.
I was inspired by the episode “Jurassic Jumble” where Darkwing was zapped by Dr. Fossil’s retro-evolution gun, falls off the building, and into the tar-pit below until rising out as a huge dinosaur. Immediately, I imagined if Negaduck did made an appearance in that episode, he would have a dinosaur fight against Darkwing Duck after also getting zapped by the retro-evolution-gun.
