Gokibuler (Gokiburaa) is the 29th Robot Kaiju deploy by the Dark Horror Army, been the Monster of the week in the 25th Episode of the Dino Mech Gaiking: "Death match at World's End".

_Appearance and Abilities_
It was another insect theme Robot, resembling a cockroach; indeed, its name is a play of the Japanese word for Cockroach, gokiburi; at first starting small, it grows when consuming energy from the Daiku Maryu's Power Core. It had wings for flight, a powerful killer bite that it used to kill some of the Daiku Maryu Crew; it used its Antena as Whips, as well unleashed an electrical discharge on its enemies through these. It would also ram its enemies head on.

It is also stated by the General Dankell that the Cockroaches were sent to Earth to disturb Earthlings' peace of mind, with Desmon replying Gokibuler been describe as the first and the Big Boss of Cockroaches.

So we have to thank these assholes for katsaridaphobia? ... Oh well, we do have an advantage over them on this one: RAAAAAAIIID!!!!

Gokibuler is the Fifth Dark Horror Kaiju destroyed by the Daiku Maryu.

_History_
When a Zelan Spaceship crash is witness by a Science Survey Team in the frigged lands of Antarctica, a Dark Avian Soldiers is found frozen in ice and Team Daiku Maryu travels there after learning of the report. Arriving on site, they meet the Survey team and are taken to the Camp to see the Frozen Dark Avian; Honda, the leader of the Survey team, suspect the alien is still alive as the injuries on him are superficial and froze over after the crash. They also see frozen along with him a cockroach, presumed to be millions of years old and the of interest of the survey team to further their studies on ancient life on Prehistoric Earth.

With Snows storm hitting the area, Daimonji's team takes the Frozen Alien to the Daiku Maryu for a 10 hour thawning, to avoid cellular damage and thus avoiding killing him. As the crew goes to bed to wait, Yamagatake takes watch, but eventually oversleep when the Zelan thaws himself ahead of time, opens the capsule, and he, and the Cockroach – Gokibuler – escape after hitting Yamagatake with sleeping gas. The two sneak around the ship reaching the Engine Room, and Gokiburer flies to the Power core and begins to consume it, the alarm goes off awakening all in the ship; Sanshiro running before everyone reaching the engine room jumping over the alien, but been hit. Before the Dark Avian could fire at him he is gun down by Fan Li in the nick of time; the rest arriving after them seeing the Alien.

Suspecting all this be another Zelan Plot, they go investigate the capsule, searching the Cockroach, while Gokiburer is left be consuming the energy and growing in size. Not finding it, they begin to search the ship for, what they think is still a fossil, not realizing the danger they are in, as the creature sneaks into the Galley, killing the cooks, the crew finding the site with all of the victims having been killed via a bite by a large animal; Sakon suspecting it has something to do with the missing Roach, much to Daimonji's dismay to the idea.

As they search further, Midori is the first to stumble upon Gokiburer, now as big as a car and faints, her scream calling the attention of the others, forcing the monster to runs away; later the monster kills the gunners and escapes to the outside, Skylar and Bazolar taking pursuit, following the tracks on the snow, and taking notice this are becoming wider and bigger with each step. However, the search party stumbles upon smoke in the distance – the Survey Camp having been destroyed, and continued their search for the monster when the creature finally reveals itself in its Giant Size, tossing the Bazolar and knocking its engine out, then been knocked once more by its Antenna. Skylar fires its missiles to no effect and Gokirbuler knocks the Jet too and makes its march towards the Daiku Maryu, which has been left powerless and defenseless by the Monster having consume its Energy core with 10 minutes to get fully recharged.

Bazolar is recalled to bring Sanshiro back, picking Fan Li along the way, as the Monster makes it to the Daiku Maryu and begins its attack, releasing an electrical discharge, then ramming it head on, making to slide on the ice and near to a crevice; but before it could finish the job, Bazolar arrives on time an attacks the Monster, calling its attention, while Sanshiro jumps out and runs to the ship, boarding and launching the Gaiking.

Gaiking begins the battle by firing Hydro Blazer, though it is repelled by the Monster Energy Attack from its antenna. The Mecha then tries to use Gaiking Kick, but its grabbed by the leg with a tentacle and tossed on the ice; the Monster then tries to pierce the mecha, when Gaiking activates its Face Open, repelling it with its missile arsenal. The Monster is stunted for a bit, but grabs Gaiking with one of its Antenna, zapping it with its electrical discharge, then tosses it again to the ice. Gokibuler then runs back to the Daiku Maryu to push it over the edge, when the Core fully restores itself and the ship activates its Volution Protect on time, avoiding falling in and pinning the monster between its tail and the tip of the neck.

Gokibuler falls into the crevice instead and explodes; the force of the explosion causes a collapse and the Daiku Maryu falls in, however emerges unscathed, to the relief of Sanshiro. The group then enjoys the sight of an Aurora in the sky.
