Won't go that far. It's hard to interact with other characters or the environment at that scale. With magical intoxication here, BLK is just drunk and has a lack of inhibitions. The raw magic while it would differ from person to person, for him if just makes him bigger because that's the purpose of most magic directed at him, and his body has a "muscle memory" for size change at this point.
