Yes, it's the pirate legend himself Foxy in the "flesh"! Now Foxy looks more like the true pirate that he should be. He also is always very clean and enjoys teaching his little mateys how to wash their hands the correct way. His hook isn't sharp and is just a soap dispenser straw that he can use to pump out soap to wash kids's hands or to even wash dishes if need be. That means he can transform into a working soap dispenser that can still pump out soap as well as be carried around since he can mass-shift his size to be a normal soap dispenser. Such a handsome fox pirate!
