I'm now imagining Werner Herzog doing a documentary on yinglets.
These yinglets are all heading to the open water to the right, but one of them caught our eye. The one in the center. He would neither go towards the scavenging grounds at the edge of beach, nor return to the enclave. Shortly afterwards, we saw him heading straight towards the Indrel Mountains some 70 kilometers away.
Dr. Ran Ste-Su G'Mindel explained that even if he caught him and brought him back to the enclave, he would immediately head right back for the mountains.
But why?

I assume if it's not him, that there's someone on staff who's just really good at drawing. Or maybe these aren't hyper-realistic, and they just happen to draw in exactly Valsalia's style, and we just see most of "reality" as drawings but they're seeing like individual hairs and grains of sand and everything.
Greetings, OOPsers! I'm here to remind you once again that there's a place called "Top Web Comics" https://www.topwebcomics.com/?home=3 that compiles comics from various places. There's a bunch of cool stuff there. They have monthly votes, so you can support OOPs there. You can vote once a day per device, so your PC, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
I've noticed that you can sometimes even get in extra votes from different IP addresses, or if you're disconnected from your IP and open up again later.
OOPs closed out last month at 44th place and about 929 votes. It's currently at 963 votes and 46th place. The highest it's reached is 36th place, and the top vote getters seem to end up with something close to 20,000 votes. Today is the last day of the month. Let's do this!
Vote early, vote often! Help OOPs get noticed!

"Keep your eyes open, and watch the yinglets." sounds a little threatening when you remember that Viracroix's purpose (or at least one of the main ones) for partnering with the Enclave is to figure out how they're able to find Antiquities when scavenging so frequently. They have secrets and he wants those secrets.
Obviously, patriarchs earn their position through their exceptional skills and leadership at a particular field of work, but I wonder what happens when another yinglet contends their aquired position as a patriarch with equal or even exceeding knowledge at the same task.
Not gonna lie, I had trouble trying not to substitue "th" with "z" when reading zis.
Damnit!
P.S. Love the way that dad yinglet holds his kid like a prized teddy bear.
