Tonight's rain seems to be a little magical, don't go outside if you wish to remain human!

Getting the neck fin color wrong really annoyed me so I had to fix it, and along the way upgraded this piece! Had a lot more time since I wasn't rushing out the door, hope it was worth seeing this the second time :)
