A guardian to that is willing to protect those that it might see needing some help
Despite its size, it can move quickly creating a blur.

And this one is awkward but thanks to the Pokemon move "High Horsepower" in Pokemon Go.
Before it was fixed. The move would cause you to get real close to your target, causing it to "become one". ( Screenshot here *)

But despite that, it gave me an idea for another Pokemon fusion. This time a Luxray and Groudon.

Here are the features I tried to combine:

Since Groudon has black lines on it. I would instead make them glowing yellow to represent it being like electric "flowing".
(so it might glow brighter or faint based on mood and such)
The mane is a mix of Luxray's and Groudon's with part of it "hanging" to the side.
Had a different idea for the tail but made it more like Groudon's with it ending with yellow spikes instead.
