Yesterdays oC session with Ambber. I didn't know wether or not he wanted his stuff shown, so I cut it out...
Anyways, this would be a type of scene from "Earth Zero", the story to the suit design I updated earlier...

Uhm...well, it's not so much producing amazing art, it's more like producing the impression and emotion of a moment...if you know the moment and see what it's supposed to feel like, yoiu create a picture that is equal to what you had in mind...
That's the public version anyway :b

I demant a full cross section with blue prints! lol.
The turret is kinda like the Tridant Hixeon super heavy tank, cept that has 3 large heat sinks on the back like your tank and 3 barrels all in one shroud, it's used for shooting at frigate class warships etc when in atmosphere or taking down bunkers, it can fire for 10 minutes straight with its main canons then it needs to recargh for 12 seconds after that.

Found it on my TRO book!
Hixeon:
Trident Super Heavy Tank
Manfucatuer: Joint venture Avalon Industries, Halloran Arms, Kasoraura, Shilone Capacitors
Tonnage: 570 Tonnes
Max (Recorded) Speeds: 160 KPH
Cost: 12 Million Hixeon Marks
ROP: 400 UP/Y
Armaments: 3 Gamma/Radio/Infared/Ultraviolet frequency energy weapons tuned for consitant beam firing.
Special: Shilone Capacitors entered into military production for this project, and this project alone. The Civilian power plant super giant saw the need to aid the military in the ability to destroy light to medium warships in atmosphere at a relitively cheap cost and an extremly deployable vehicle.
All units a black/green paint, it's like a dark glossy green that looks black cept in light, it's undectectable by Infared, it makes a blank spot for energy sensors, magnetic sensors don't pick it up either, sonic vibration sensors also don't show up for it, it's an electronic warfare monster.
A tank designed to fire at light to medium class warships entered into atmosphere, it's defined by the three large fin capacitors on the back of the turret, and a tri barreled energy canon sharring the same shroud. It can sustain fire a beam for 10 minutes, after which it will need to recharge for 12 seconds to fire again. Alternately it can fire one beam at a time, effectivly firing for half an hour. The tank has no other defensive weapons but is relivitevly fast moving at 160 KPH.
The tank has also been known to damage Battle ships, and even Corvette's in large groups, especially when attacking engines or already damaged area's.
In the fifth defense of Ilia, four hundred fresh models of this tank, some not even in their gloss yet, and destroyed four warships that entered atmosphere and all manner of smaller ships, it was also noted that when one tank would fire directly at the turret of another (while firing) that the beam from whichever tank was also consisting firing would boost. This was found in an accidental case of friendly fire when a tank's turret was shot crooked to another, in further tests it's also been found sometimes the beam will backfire to the second tank and destroy it and the first tank. New research is trying to make this technology useable.

Lovely perspective!
The whole sketchness of the piece does it a great amount of justice. The fact that you haven't become (or seemingly havent :P) become swamped down in accurate colourings, in detailed, pixel-perfect shadings just brings the whole piece to a certain level of perfection by itself. The light effects are particuarly well done, bravo! (Praising your lighting seems to be a regular theme for me. xD)
