This is a birthday gift for a very good friend of mine,  leetockar, the voice of Doktor Frogg from L.O.S.E. (if you're part of his fan page on FB, PLEASE don't show him yet! I want to surprise him tomorrow).

I did the line work and the basic colour job, but my AWESOME sister from another mister  Kristal gave me the background, added the glow, the shading and the texture. Basically. She made it amazing.
