Apparently, there was a small intruder in Canterlot castle, so one of the guards was shrunken in order to find them.
She ended up finding the small Flareon but before she could take her in, the two of them gets caught up on a sleepy Luna's meal.
Now the two of them have been trapped inside the Princess for a while now.
