The dragon who called themselves a Dorai stopped cold in their stride, lifting their lantern in front of them... They peered into the dense, dark forest ahead of them, trees and shrubbery on all sides, pitch blackness peering back at them.. They hadn't asked to be here, in this forest, this land, or even this world. The dragon-like creature had come from a world that was a utopia in its prime, but had been zapped to this new, unknown world weeks ago, nothing to their name but the armor they were wearing for a convention... It was fairly legit armor, their prized possession at the time, and it had protected them well. All up until they found themselves in search of any paying job..
They had taken a few jobs hunting pesky creatures and beasts, nothing too terrifying, mostly waist high monsters that terrorized local livestock. However, now they had a new quest in mind. Far and wide, word of a treasure stashed in a deep, dark forest had spread, rumored to contain weapons and items of great magic. This alone would rearm and clothe the poor Dorai, since the only map to this forest they could find was only obtainable by trading their armor, and weapons.... So here they were, alone in a loincloth, deep in the middle of a haunted, mysterious forest, looking for a clue of where to go~
