Story:
One day when Ethan was busy running errands at Astera, the commander came to him with an investigation quest. He explained that recently there have been strange sightings near the cost not far from Astera, and many hunters suspect it to be an aquatic monster, though it was too fast to get a good look at it. Intrigued by this investigation, Ethan happily accepted, curious about what was going on. So after preparing his gear for the quest, Ethan set out through the back entrance of Astera, beginning his trek down the coastline. Once he reached the location of the sighting, Ethan saw no signs of the anomaly yet so he decided to relax on the sand until it showed up. Half an hour later, Ethan’s aura eyes suddenly switched on, leading to the conclusion that this mysterious creature may be a lost Ragtag, looking in the direction of the aura trail, he felt the lost Ragtag getting closer, very fast. Within a few seconds, someone beneath the water shot out of it like a torpedo, which was then Ethan got a good look at the lost Ragtag, a Latias with the features of a Floatzel. Before the Lucario could get up on his feet, the Latias flew down excitedly to greet him with an energetic personality, introducing herself as Madeline. After Ethan introduced himself, the Latias hybrid shared how it was so good to see another pokemon, let alone another escapee of the lab as she noticed Ethan mark, surprising the Lucario at how fast she knew he also escaped. So after chatting together for a while, Ethan learned how Madeline escaped to this world, surviving on her own and observing the hunters of the research commission, including Ethan. Madeline also learned that Ethan and the other escapees have formed the Ragtag Rogues, a family of those who dont belong or dont fit neatly into society, looking out for each others wellbeing. As soon as Madeline learned this, she happily accepted to join the Ragtag before Ethan could tell her the offer. And so, both siblings flew back to Astera, both Ethan and Madeline feeling the evening breeze blowing in their faces while their diapers smooshed together.
