Commission made by  Schl4fy about Haléylus, the First one born from the primordial events of the cycle of universes.
His status and conditions grant him the ability to create, change and destroy any concepts. His body is made of pure energy and his appearance can change depending of who watch him.
Behind his wise and god-like attitude hides an egocentric personality unable to accept that something (living, concept and logic) can be more important than him, even those from his own kind.
He will extend his influence upon the nascents universes to bring his ideology of order to keep control of everything. If anything from any worlds act or think differently of it will be erased in a single thought, a first concept of tyrannical empire.
Enough reasons for Draco, an outsider of the cycle, to put an end to it.
