If i don't find any ideas i make pratice with other pepole's characters and i do fan-arts ^^

I run into the same problem with the program I use. I'll fire it up start at it, then shut it down. Its funny that when I'm updating a character or seeing how something would look with a character that a full pic evolves.

I have the exact opposite problem. I have these great ideas and I'm always full of wonderful ideas and thought. I sit down, draw them... and throw them out. I can't draw as good as I want to.

I have these wonderful pictures in my head, but my stupid hands can't keep up.

It happens!

Hmmm... Whenever I have good ideas I can't bring them onto the paper - and whenever I don't have any good ideas at all... neevrmind...

Something that helps me get ideas is watching some old movies you like or comics you enjoy to try and get some inspiration

Patches_amaki... That is a wonderful idea. I think I'll try that. If anything it's a good excuse to watch my old Buster Keyton, Lauel and Hardy, and 3 Stooges tapes.

Look at my gallery some time, most of my ideas come from my friends (especially when I rp online) but a bunch come from games,shows, or movies I like. Besides an excuse to watch classic movies is always good *winks* I'd love to see the three stooges as anthros. hey what does a taur wear for a fancy dress?

It's one of the bane's of my creative existence. Typically I either make the word processor's window smaller or start writing on a page that already has scribbles on it. Maybe a few light, easily-erasable pencil sketches might make the page look a bit less forbidding.

My last run like this, lasted nearly 3 years. : P

I love the idea of your world I often tend to like I can think that way too with the taurs and regular furs and possibly dragons and humans too I do have trouble with my tech thought oh well whatever works eh?

Working on three novles at a time has many problems but not having aything to work on is not one of them.

Betcha? how about an idea that seems so clear in your mind 'till you face the blak sheet, instant where it gets all blurred and you can't get even nearly along even +30 sketchs later and your hand is aching but you don't want to leave the damm cracking seat untill you finish at least something sitting, and you realize you are far too obsessed, and past two dinners and could use some hours of sleep (maybe even a day or two) but...?

Err, it happenede to a friend, once... Joe, no, Jack, err, yes, that is it, old weird buddy...

I am by far no artist. but on occassion I do seem to inspire artists to draw. sometimes when one can't think of something to draw, do what you just did. draw a character unable to draw. then there are other possibilities that follow.

I can't tell you how often this has occured... 'My worst 'dry spell' lasted 4 years. 'bout drove me sane.
