This Preview is before the Comic story events and it is to showcase what to expect from the story.

Prequel to the Cosmic Nexus Story. This event is at the end of Natalia Mares recruitment into G.U.N and as she finished cleanup of the remaining Badniks from Dr. Eggmans last scheme.

Shadow is not Impress with Natalias performance even with such a small task. He challenges her to test her skill.

Shadow is fast, as expected by the Ultimate Lifeform and the Rival to Sonic the Hedgehog. However Natalia is not a slow horse, her Equine biology has given her muscles an impressive toned strength to be able to move quickly while remaining slender in her physique. This added muscle is more pronounced in her feet as her fighting style relies on kicks with heavy impact. Still, Natalia has a hidden secret about her strength that allows her to fight with those who outclass her strength.

Shadow felt the impact from Natalias kick and figured out that a prolonged fight would be pointless. Natalia has talent, but no foresight or skill in a battle to adequately utilize those skills efficiently and with quick precision. Shadow uses a simple ruse to take Natalias attention from his next move. Shadow is known for his "Chaos Control" which allows him to teleport, stop time, and so much more yet he never finished his sentence. With blazing speed Shadow slipped behind Natalia and made a decisive strike upon her neck, easily taking her down at a weak point.

Impressed for now, Shadow is somewhat satisfied and takes his leave with Rouge to G.U.N base leaving Natalia behind to recover. Natalia with a pained smile on her face feels victorious by simply hearing that she impressed him even if just a little.
