Most people, myself included, notice these things but it's like watching a character in a movie and ignoring the background characters until someone mentions recognizing one of the backgrounds. In fact, if you go back to page 36 (https://www.rickgriffinstudios.com/.....lub-5-page-36/), you'll see Eliza putting Ali into the crib.
