This one was a somewhat silly idea in that I wanted to draw a vulpix wearing clothes, dressed more like an adventurer than anything else, but I also didn't want to just draw them in a very boring/generic pose and someone offered a pose that looked like it was hopping down from something and went from there. I didn't go as extreme on the clothing as I was originally intending but I still think it turned out well enough. The important thing was the sort of high collar which I got in mind after watching how high the collars were in Code Geass. This is also another of those drawings where I actually somewhat really liked how the uncolored looked slightly more, mostly because the background didn't look as garbage and the facts that the eyes just looked so much more intense.

That said, I'm actually quite pleased with how everything not the background turned out. Especially the tails. Face looks a bit too over-shaded a bit, but still pretty decent. Probably overshaded just under the feat so that it looks like they're walking on sandles or something. And as much as I want to just keep ragging on myself for how low quality and lazy the backgrounds are, there is still the fact that these weekly drawings are supposed to be fairly quick and this one went way over time from what I should be aiming for and a better background would have taken way too long. Total drawing time was 3 hours sketch, 4 hours color for total time of just over 7 hours.
