I've seen absolutely fantastic artists be consigned to undeserved obscurity. I've definitely seen artists less interesting and technically accomplished than you enjoy excessive spotlight exposure and financial success on sites like this. Fame and popularity is for the most part just luck and self-sustaining viral cross-posting chain reactions, and it is fundamentally unfair.

The is only one Groundpear, and you can be assured that more people know and appreciate you than it may seem, and you deserve way more eyes on your work than even that.

Aaaaaaawwww. Thank you soooo much ! These words are incredible powerful. Yeah I'm a bit anxious because I really would like to make a living of art, or at least with something less stressful. Nothing like big fame, but just enough for a nice living and to pay the bills and have some nice things from time to time. This is still under construction.

Really wishing that being able to live a modest, quiet life of creative fulfilment was a guaranteed universal standard, instead of a luxury that people have to dream about and strive hard towards.

Yeah! I totally support universal basic income to achieve this (I'm in a country with harsh inequality, where people starve). At least some social programs are back. For me and many other people, it's easier to be happy when people around are happy too!

The sad thing is, even the wealthiest countries have gross inequalities, and starving homeless people.
United Federation of Planets is still something we view as a pipedream fiction.
But UBI would be a nice step in the right direction.
