Aw this is beautiful! I love hummers and watercolors are my favorite physical media!

Yeah xD I mostly use it for landscape stuff and backgrounds. But they perfectly suit a soothing hummer.

Well, then, it’s settled—the next posting will be a watercolor featuring a hover-bird. (Should only take me six months…)

Very Nice! My wife and I set out a feeder about a month ago. We did a thing we'd not done in previous years - We kept the feeder clean and the nectar fresh. It attracted 1 bird, who'd return about every 0 minutes. By mid-july, we've now seen as many as 4 birds at once!

Every time I see one I thank God for creating these mini-miracles!

Indeed. Hummingbirds are Heaven's drones. They prolly watch us and report back what we're up to. ^•^

Hey, REOF, its a year later , and we've put out several more Hummer-feeders and we've got quite a colony here. At least five, probably more. We hear them arguing their territory in the early eve. Once you hear their tiny voices, you 'get' them. BTW I printed a image of your pic and it's decorating the stairway.

But yup, I'm one of a few coyotes to have survived to six+ decades... I'm either real stupid or C.A.T. smart!
