Things have leveled out a bit at work, we have a new SM and have hired a new ASM and looking to hire a few more folks to help feather out the store! I'm less stressed than I was a week ago but still short on hours in the day to catch up on art 🥵 hoping once we have the newbies all hired/trained up, I'll be down to part time to help my rents/myself move and finally get caught up on my mega old queue.
