Early in the morning, Twilitgh feels quite strong contractions. She warns Ryoku that the baby is coming. Ryoku panics a bit before taking Twilight and putting her on a cart. He pulls the cart of himself to take her to the hospital for the delivery. After a few minutes, they arrived at the hospital, Ryoku completely out of breath. Several nurses arrived with the head nurse, FleurBelle, Ryoku's childhood friend. She took charge of Twilight while Ryoku caught his breath.
During the labor, Twilight and Ryoku who was helping her were really afraid to lose the baby because there was a small complication. But after one hour of labor, Yume Shine was born.
Twilight and Ryoku are very relieved, FleurBelle gives them their baby and congratulates them. Twilight took her between her hoofs. Yume Shine is so small and fragile.
Ryoku sent a letter to all their friends to announce the good news.

On the story, Yume Shine was born 6th June, few day/weeks before the episode "Uncommon Bond" (Epsiode 24, Season 7).
So, in the Ryoku Verse Alternative, the event of what happen next change a little.
