After a big breakdown that ended in self harm and my inability to live, I decided it was time to go back to therapy. Since moving, my mental health is deteriorating, it barely manages to do it, actually it doesn't.

Recently, I had a choice, go to the doctor and buy pills or pay the rent. Depression and hypothyroidism make my mood an unsafe rollercoaster. ><I've been practically dead for several months. I don't want that anymore, I want to start living again.

I don't want anything for free, I don't want to extort anything. I don't know what to say, I just want you to know that I'm not well, that's why I'm working so slowly. Normally I finish arts in a few days, not months. I feel such remorse that I want to apologize for being alive
