Cedric glanced over to Tasslehoff in unusual worry, the expression mildly new on the egotistical dragon's face. Tassle returned the look, but just then a shadow covered them, and they both looked up at first in surprise, then with identical wide grins.

Above them soared Billabong, his wings spread out proudly with nothing less than an ecstatic and elated grin on his face. He twisted slightly in the air, his wings, once weak and thought never to hold him aloft, now strong and keeping him steady.

He crowed, the sun above him in the setting sky bathing him in ethereal light, making his white skin seem to glow. His crow carried, and all the other dragons lifted their heads, all with surprised and delighted smiles, to see the newest addition to the sky.

He was FLYING.

Billabong, being the youngest, hadn't learnt how to fly yet. And being albino it made him naturally weak, so a lot of the dragons thought he'd never fly, especially since his wings (which he had always kept folded to himself so they couldn't see the full length) seemed so weak and frail.

Well here is Billa's glory flight, in which he proves everyone, including himself, wrong.

I wasn't going for perfect anatomy, just focusing on the FEELING, and EMOTION.

Cuz I wish I could fly too
