If you didn't know this is my Hetalia character Van. He represents California and for a while I’ve wanted to do a pic of him kind of dancing to California Gurls and this is it. What is even better is that I found a gay version on California Gurls and even used a pose from it. lol Didn't really take me long to finish this which left me surprised.

Baw sucks. Well from what I remember was that e was going to be a bit like America. Have a similar jacket like him and I think you said that he was going to have goggles too. I think you said that he would have blonde semi-short long hair. Not 100% sure. OTL That's about all I remember.
