His other half.

The man yawned wide when he woke up in the morning. Still squinting from the light, Mark cautiously opened one eye, glancing nearby. - Of course, his Madeline was sleeping next to him, leaning her cold nose against his arm.
The man did not move for a while, looking at his wife's calm face, - the complete opposite of what he had seen at night, but then, as if feeling something, Madeline began to stirring and slowly wake up.

"Good morning..." The man said softly, stroking his wife's hair, while Madeline gratefully accepted it, looking at him.
"My God, you're so beautiful…" Said Mark, stroking and playing with the woman's hair while she looked at him tenderly.
"Even when I'm still sleepy and with my disheveled hair?" She asked.
"Even sleepy with disheveled hair..." Repeated the man.

This is the next day, and Mark waking up and caressing his lovely wife...

Also please note that my story is in the process of being written, and most of these small fragments that I published are not in chronological order.
(Chronology always was a real pain for me.) So when I finish my plans I will try to put everything in order. If I can...
