"Lemmy's performance at Bulwark Academy met and exceeded the councilmembers' expectations of its students. Having come from no royal bloodline and enrolled as a student merely as financial compensation for his guardian's work as an instructor for the academy, many of the staff were impressed by his acute display of arcane and alchemic knowledge. Lemmy aided Professor Maelstrom in transmuting ores into silver, creating a distilling process that both quickens the results and increased yield by 45%, and assisted in the creation of the following tinctures: Revivify, Dexterous, Acute, Glacier, Fertilize, Incendiary, and other Physical Enhancement & Alteration Potions.
The student had also satisfied the requirements needed for his Mercantile License. Professor Olivia has stated, 'Lemmy possesses a formal, ethical means of conducting business while utilizing his personal strengths to garner rapport with his clients and maintain profitable relations.' Lemmy notably accompanied Ambassador Harold to negotiate a trade agreement with the neighboring nation of Ravine. The ambassador's accounts described Lemmy's demeanor as that of 'one of the Royal Court's Treasurers... though in performance, more akin to the Court Jester. Nonetheless, he was a pleasure to travel with and would benefit the kingdom as a merchant.'
With a vote of 10-0, It is with honor as Councilmembers of the Bulwark Academy to award Lemmy Rose the Bulwark Seal of Academic Excellency, Certification as an Alchemy Guild member, and Bulwark's Mercantile License. As an alumni of Bulwark Academy, Lemmy will uphold the values of the Sanctum Kingdom and seek to improve & protect the lives of its citizens."
