I really wish I had an intelligent comment for this, but all I can come up with is that this is awesome. lol

The dark messenger drew closer, the shadows surrounding him grew ever thicker as he spoke. "The time has come for the judgment, for I am death, the destroyer of worlds. Look upon my works and despair." And the people fled from him as their world turned to ash.

I do not know where that came from but this picture inspired me, maybe I could use that in a story... Anyway I love this so much, especially the little halo above his head.

Hmm, actually i could see how that on some sort of creepy critter would actually be worse than something like bone... not what you would expect.

The stark simplicity of this is what makes it so effective. You didn't over-complicate it and that intense spot-color is very eye-catching and draws you into the picture.

Damn, I love your work.

The brightness of the heart is such a beautiful contrast to the soft, neutral picture as a whole.
